Exchange / Refund Condition

  • Damaged / Defective Product on Arrival: - Free Replacement within 14 Days
  • Wrong Shipment by :- Free Replacement within 14 Days
  • Incorrect Oder Placed By Customer :- Free Replacement within 14 Days For unopened* Product
  • Customer need and alternative Product:-. Free Replacement within 14 Days For unopened* Product
  • Order cancellation: - No charges if product are not shipped. In case of shipped order , the return policy will apply
  • Refund with 5% cancellation charges for cancellation request sent within 14 days for unopened* Product only
  • Unopened Product to be returned or replaced must be in the original packing with all inbox literature, Warranty / Guarantee Card, freebies and accessories ETC.

DOA (Dead on arrival)

  • If the arrived product is dead after unboxing product.
  • Call to the Customer Support and Book a Complaint for the same.
  • Retund the product to the Store or raise a request to pick the product.
  • DOA (Dead on arrival) letter will be issued from the company after lodging the complaint.
  • Required
  • DOA (Dead on arrival) letter when the product will be a pickup. 
  • After that, we will deliver the New Product.


  • Tax (if Applicable) is refunded with retuned
  • Original Shipping and handling charges are not refunded
  • If the payment was by Credit / Debit Card or Net-Banking , we will refund the money in your Credit/ Debit or Net- Banking account
  • Typically refund are processed in between 7-21 days working days
